Why Voltech?

You need your serviced product returned to you in perfect working order.
As the designer and manufacturer, we provide up to date calibration and repair services.
To provide optimum performance and longevity, your product will be upgraded, tested and inspected using the same standards we apply to brand new equipment.
It is only Voltech service centres that can provide this level of service.

A calibration or repair of your Voltech product by an authorised Voltech service centre includes:
  • - Evaluation at goods in of unit (Free if unit is then calibrated or repaired)
  • - Upgrade of all hardware to the latest service build standard.
  • - Upgrade of firmware to the latest version
  • - Replacement or cleaning of maintenance items such as batteries and air filters
  • - Electrical safety test
  • - Full evaluation of all units, full functional test, mechanical test, and thermal stress test to check for reliability
  • - 90-Day Warranty for all services rendered, that gives you an extra peace of mind.

You can pay for services by bank transfer, or by account (for existing account holders only).
We can also accept the credit cards for payment of your order.
Payment is only requested once your unit has been received, evaluated and pricing confirmed and agreed with you.

CURRENT PRODUCTS

AT5600

Full goods in evaluation of all units.

We offer full calibration and certification.
This includes a 15 step process which fully verifies the functionality as if it were new.
All mandatory hardware and firmware upgrades
2 stage burn in over 24 hrs (self test, measurement accuracy) to check repeatability.
Extended high voltage testing to check robustness of unit.

We also offer Pre-calibration data if requested.

Repair service also includes all of the above steps.
Supported with full tested stock of pre-prepared sub assemblies, subject to the same QA controls and functional testing as new units.

DC1000 / DC1000A

Full goods in evaluation of all units.

We offer full calibration and certification.
This includes a 5 step process which fully verifies the functionality as if it were new.
All mandatory hardware and firmware upgrades.
24 hour burn in to confirm robustness.

We also offer Pre-calibration data if requested.


Repair service also includes all of the above steps.
Supported with full tested stock of pre-prepared sub assemblies, subject to the same QA controls and functional testing as new units.

Extended high voltage testing to check robustness of unit.
We also offer Pre-calibration data if requested.

Repair service is no longer available.

PM SERIES

We no longer provide calibration, verification or repair for the PM Series of Power Analysers, which we ceased selling in 2013.

However, we are pleased to recommend the two companies below to our existing customers for ongoing verification.
Both Caltest Instruments and Techmaster Electronics can provide you directly with ISO17025 accredited verifications for the PM6000, PM3000ACE, PM300CE and PM1000+.
Voltech has worked with both companies over the past 10 years.
