Disclaimer:
AT7600 Firmware v1.004.107 is compatible only with the AT7600.
Earlier firmware versions will operate on the AT7600; however, newly introduced and advanced features will be supported exclusively in AT7600 firmware v1.004.107 and later.

WHAT'S NEW?
Improved the Class D energization process and fixed a bug that caused false "excessive power" failures.
Implemented a DSP filter to improve low-frequency performance.
Fixed an error (code 0010) that could occur during a Turns Ratio by Leakage (TRL) test.
Made various improvements to the Class D ramp-up process.
Fixed an issue in peak voltage detection.
Improved the stability and reliability of DC1000 tests.
Fixed an error (code 0020) that could occur during Class D tests with low magnetizing currents.
Increased the passing threshold for Short Circuit (SC) compensation from 50m Ohm to 550m Ohm.
Improved the performance of the Open Circuit Voltage (VOC) test at low signal levels.
Increased the execution speed of sequential VOC tests that use the same conditions on different secondary windings.
Fixed a compilation error related to the MAGX test for amplifier cases.
Fixed a trimming issue with the applied signal for the LSBX test.
Fixed an issue causing negative LP results for parts with high QL factors.
Added trial key code activation
WARNINGS
IR tests <500 V into a short may return an error, but show GΩ results.
IR tests >500 V into a short fail without generating an error code.
DC HiPot trip level was set to max on 1.004.082 and 1.004.107. The DC HiPot test will still detect failures based on the ATP limit but in the advent of testing into a short or very low resistance the High Voltage generator will not register an overcurrent until the current is approximately 7 mA. This issue has been identified and will be fixed in the next firmware release.

SYNC PARTS – bug when syncing >450 program names over RS232 to Server
D, LP, LS, Q, RLS, RLP – work to improve accuracy at very low freq (<100 HZ) and very high freq (>100 kHz)
E-dt – New Volts uSec test for pulse transformers
