Because the results are being displayed on the Server software then we know the issue must be with the Server software configuration. Goto the 'Setup' menu, and click 'Results'. Make sure that 'Standard Results Saving (CSV)' is selected. The files are written in CSV format but with a file extension of .ATR. If you still do not see your results then check that the computer user currently logged in has permission to write to the directory you have set up for the results. If in doubt, try setting this directory to a sub-folder of your documents. Let me know fi you still have any problems.
