Product : AT3600
Question : We purchased a new AT3600 along with a Pacific Power 140AMX and are having some problems getting it to work.
Have you set up this configuration before?
When we use external source, we only seem to be getting 27 volts out of the PacPower unit, although the Voltech itself seems to be working fine without an external source activated.
Can you think of anything that is vastly different from setting up with a Behlman to setting up the PacPower that we may have missed?
Or would we be further ahead to give a call?

Dear Steve,
I don't have any experience of setting up this particular source. Are you using it in amplifier mode, and if so, have you checked the gain setting?
