Please try and run self test on the AT3600 with a safety interlock connected and make sure it passes. Although it cannot guarantee the AT3600 is not faulty, it is a very good test. If the AT3600 has a a fault then unfortunately it will need repair by a service centre. If it's OK, I will need some more information about your test setup. Which tests are failing and with what status errors or values? What type of External AC source do you have? Has this test setup every worked successfully before? Let me know these answers and I'll do all that I can to help find the problem.
With regard to your faulty power card, please contact our service department at service@voltech.com and then will be able to tell you whether the power card version is serviceable, and can give you instructions on how to send it to us for repair.
Best regards,
Tim.

Hi sir, If the Spare Power supply board is installed & With safety interlock, The Equipment Self test Passes, Where as If the Faulty Power supply board is installed the Equipment is itself in not powering On for to do self test. We can observe only Lines Blinking on the Display.

OK, this indicates that the AT3600 with spare is operating correctly. Let me know the information about your test conditions if you would like me to help in getting your test program working. If you would like the faulty power card repaired then it will need to be returned to us. Please email service@voltech.com explaining that you have a faulty card for repair, giving the fault description that the AT will not power on and you have lines on the display. They will then give you a price, return instructions, and an RMA number for the repair.
Best regards,
Tim.

I have looked at your test program and unfortunately I cannot tell what is failing from this. I need to know what the AT3600 says is failing. When the red indication is given, what does it say on the front screen?
Regards,
Tim.

Unfortunately the only way to get the information is from the front screen. Without this you will have to check the installation very carefully and experiment to see if anything will make a difference. I would strongly recommend that you get your AT3600 display repaired as some safety critical messages may appear, particularly when using an external source, so operators may be in danger.
Best regards,
Tim.
