Question:
How is test frequency determined for the LL test and what test precautions should be taken?

Answer:
Please find the attached table showing recommended measured leakage inductance vs test frequency and applied current.

The test program allows an option for constant current or constant voltage excitation. In general, current is preferred to overcome possible voltage variation due to load impedance variations.
