Hello,
Since the acquisition of our power analyser technology by Tektronix, we are no longer distributing new copies of PC software/IEC codes for these products. 4.26 is the most recent version of firmware so no upgrade is required. LabVIEW drivers are available on the National Instruments website to allow development of your software using NI LabVIEW, and all communications commands are documented in the user manual. We are unable to help you any further than this unfortunately.
