      Tests and Specifications

The AT5600 is capable of performing over 40 different test types.
In addition to this you can also write test programs (basically a pre-programmed sequence of tests) with up to 150 different steps.
This extends the scope from the AT3600, which only allowed 65 different steps.
The following page summarizes the tests available for the AT5600 tester, and indicates where and why they might be used.
A complete description of each test, its allowed signal levels and measurement accuracy can be found in the user manual.

The tester is available to purchase in one of two versions
      AT5600 GOLD
      - all tests are enabled at point of shipment

      AT5600 STANDARD
      - you choose which 14 tests you would like enabled in the unit.

Additional tests can be purchased at any later date, and easily added to the tester by entering a simple keycode via the front panel.
All tests are calibrated and tested at point of sale, even if not purchased with the initial unit, so there is no need to return the unit if you wish to add extra tests later.
