1.4 What is the DC1000

The DC1000 is a DC Bias current source that can generate between 0 and 25A. Up to ten DC1000's can simply be joined together in parallel to produce up to 250A.

The DC1000 can be used with almost any LCR meter – making it unique amongst all DC Bias Current Sources. It can also be used with either the Voltech 'ATi' or the 'AT3600' transformer testers – these products have specific programs for testing using the DC1000 (LPBX, LSBX, and ZBX).
