The Wattage test is a measure of the input power required to energize a transformer at no load.
During the test, a constant, user specified ac voltage is applied across the winding in question; the power is then measured. All other windings are held open circuit during this test.
On selecting the WATT test the following dialogue box will be displayed:
To program the test :
- Enter the test voltage and frequency.
- Select which are to be the high & low terminals.
For each terminal; click with the mouse cursor positioned over the desired terminal name.
