| At Voltech, we pride ourselves on constantly being at the forefront of the electronic instrumentation industry.
As such, our products are occasionally retired to be replaced by a new product, utilizing the latest cutting edge technology.
We offer the following comprehensive coverage policy for our retired products:
We will continue to support retired products for a period of 5 years from the date of the last instrument shipment.
After the end of this 5 year period:
- Repair will be done on a "best effort" basis. Best effort means that if we still have replacement parts available we will provide repair services for them, but after the 5 years we can make no guarantee about the availability of replacement parts.
- Calibration service will continue to be available, as long as the instrument will still function.
