The editor software makes it easy to design test programs for both the AT3600 And ATi Automatic Testers.

Setting up, storing and using test programs could not easier. Drop windings/cores/screens into the editor window and connect them up to any of the test nodes by dragging the mouse.

What can Voltech provide?

All results stored to a database of your choice in real time. We call this the database connectivity (or DB Connectivity) option for the PC Server. Example software and documentation to allow statistical queries, graphs and reports to be produced from the stored information.

By querying the database, it is then possible to present vast array of statistical and comparison data. For example:

Result deviation analysis e.g. LSB –LS.
High and low limit setting through averaged test results.
High and low result comparisons between batch runs.
Trend analysis over several batch runs.
Specific tolerance monitoring.
Customer/Quality reporting
Real time monitoring of specific test parameters.

Server Software

The server software acts as a storage system for the AT series tester’s results and the tests. Program and results files are stored on the Server. The software is capable of communication with multiple testers using RS232 connections. The server can store the results in a database for comprehensive on-line results analysis. This PC software for the DC1000 can be used when using your product with Voltech’s AT3600, Ati or an LCR meter. Use this software to plot inductance saturation curves. Tabulate and export the results.

Software controls all instruments and plots the sweep of inductance Vs. DC bias current.

Ideal for characterization of core material and confirmation of design on transformers and chokes.
Works with Voltech AT3600, Voltech ATi or Agilent 4254A* LCR meter.
Sets up the AT or LCR meter ac voltage and frequency conditions.
Sets up sweep of dc bias current with up to 45 steps
